This is a list of things that people need bring for themselves, it's not that we won't share them if needed, it's just that they may be more personal, or that different people may require different things. No need to sign up to bring things in this category; just remember to bring them if you need them.

This Goes Without Saying, But...
Transport
- A bike, old, beat up, cheap.
- There's a great bike shack at Pier 40; they fixed up an old bike for Dima last year for free. They offer used bikes, some of which are really cool.
Individual Toiletries
- Toothbrush
- Floss
- Soap
- Toothpaste
- Shampoo
- Deodorant
- Sunscreen
- Lotion
- Hair Gel
- Nasal spray
- Shaver
- Tweezers
- Fingernail trimmers
- Mouthwash
- Lube
Hydration
- Some water container so that you have water with you at all times during the day.
- Camel bak (I found out the hard way, never put pellegrino in a camelbak.- Mark)
- Water bottles
- Enough personal water for the week.
Clothes and Footwear
- Shoes no bare feet on playa.
- Sandals
- Socks
- Underwear
- Costume clothing
- Regular clothes
- Warm clothes for night. Yes, the temp can go down 50 degrees and it can go down to 40.
- Mark wants a GlowFur but can't afford it. Got a regular fake fur instead. What do you think?
Protective Wear
- Condoms
- Earplugs
- Face mask
- Sunglasses
- Sand-proof goggles (note on choosing good goggles: look for ones that don't have big vent holes on the side... the fine dust *will* blow right in through these and drive you nuts).
- Light fabric head wrap (splash a little water on it for Bedouin air conditioning)
Medical
- Any prescriptions you need. Bring an extra bottle in case you lose the first.
- Lots of saline for contacts and extra lenses. Try asking your eye Dr for some trial disposables.
- Big bottle of vinegar for playa foot.
- Tell camp mates if you have any condition we should know about.
