2010 Camp Parts List: 13

The Stuff:

Snowcone Stand:

Need:

  • Syrup see SnoCone page for details
  • Strung out Diva in need of rehab. ( does stuDLycaPs count? )
  • Latex serving gloves
  • Towels for cleanup (2 24-packs - Homo Depot)
  • Table cloth clips (4 packs)
  • Tarp for floor of tent (12x12 ugly brown)
  • Cash for ice - $3 for a 5lb bag / $15 for six 5lb bags at Artica
  • Food permit (need to send application)

Have:

  • Snowcone wra
  • Tent for snowcone machine (@ Mark)
  • wrappers (7500 left- @ Mark D.'s)
  • Snowcone machine (@ Mark D.'s)
  • Tables for snowcone machine and syrup (2 @ Mark D's)
  • Ice Chests with wheels! (3 - in RV, 1 @ Mark D's)
  • 2 food-safe buckets for cleanup (@ Mark D.'s)
  • 2 12 quart containers (2 @ Mark D.'s)
  • 1 gallon quat. sanitizer (1/2 of the bottle left @ Mark D.'s)
  • 6 gallon bev dispenser for handwash station as per NSHD document (@ Mark D.'s)
  • Spray bottles for misting people (1 fancy one @ Mark D.'s).
  • 10 pumps for the Snocone syrups (10 @ Mark D's)
  • Mugs (50-something @ Storage)
  • Simple Green cleaner (1 or 2 - @ RV)
  • Tennis balls for tent stakes (Many, possibly 32 - @ Storage)
  • Table cloth, plastic red and white (long tube, from Fantastico's - 4' x 80' - @ RV or Storage I hope)

DJ Stand:

Need:

  • A DJ
  • Cardboard cutout of DJ stuDLycaPs
  • A plane to fly DJ sTudLYcaPS to the playa
  • Six-outlet power strips (IIRC, they were made by Belkin and most failed, need 3 or 4; should test any old ones that you find)

Have:

  • Table for equipment (@ Storage)
  • MacBook from Mark (@ John's)
  • Amp/Speaker combo (@ Mark D.'s)
  • 50 foot extension cords (4 @ Mark D.'s/RV/Storage, if we can find them)
