Camp Parts Shopping List: 45

The Idea:

Let's put together a list of things we need to buy for our camp's construction, and then we'll try and divvy out the supply purchases and funding.

The Stuff:

Snowcone Stand:

Need:

  • Syrup Regular or Fancy organic (the tiki ice bar people used 40 gulp gallons, I purchased 8 gallons with the machine.)
  • Cash for ice
  • Table cloth/table decoration (raffia table skirt?)
  • Glow in the dark mugs to give away in exchange for ICE (Brian, you're off the hook since you got the astro turf, I'll take this on - Tom)

Work In Progress:

  • Food permit (Mark D.) (Mailed in permit request with cheque.)
  • Tent for snowcone machine (Mark D.)
  • Tarp for floor of tent (Mark D.)
  • Line-art of sign letters for mugs (Tom)

Have:

  • Snowcone machine (Mark D.) (It's here, yay!)
  • Snowcone wrappers (5000 - should be enough - Mark D.)
  • Table for snowcone machine - basic white (John)
  • Ice Chests with wheels! (2 - Mark D.)
  • Lots of towels, cleaning supplies (Mark D.)

  • Knife to cut around doors/windows (Tom)

  • Duct tape (4 60 yard rolls - Mark D.)

  • Foam for underneath blue tarp 2 inches thick
