Camp Parts Shopping List: 31

The Idea:

Let's put together a list of things we need to buy for our camp's construction, and then we'll try and divvy out the supply purchases and funding.

The Stuff:

First, "H -" describes stuff that we might find at Homo Depot.

Snowcone Stand:

Need:

  • H - Table for snowcone machine [check thrift stores for 60s style table]
  • Ice Chest / Cooler for ice.  Or something more H - fancy?
  • Syrup  Regular or Fancy organic (the tiki ice bar people used 40 gulp gallons, I purchased 8 gallons with the machine.)
  • Cash for ice
  • Table cloth/table decoration (raffia table skirt?)

Work In Progress:

  • Food permit (Mark D.) (Mailed in permit request with cheque.)
  • Tent for snowcone machine (Mark D.)
  • Tarp for floor of tent (Mark D.)

Have:

  • Snowcone wrappers ( I bought 5000 - should be enough - Mark )

DJ Stand:

Need:

  • Wires to connect DJ equipment
  • Speaker wires
  • Table for equipment [check thrift stores for 60's style table]
  • Table cloth/table decoration [need ideas]
  • 60s style grill cloth to cover speakers [check thrift stores]

  • H - Foam for underneath blue tarp 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
